These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SotaDocs.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Subscriptions and billing

SotaDocs is offered as a subscription SaaS product. Payments are processed by Paddle. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy available at /refund-policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including:

• Attempting to access or interfere with systems or data not intended for you.
• Using the Service to violate laws or third-party rights.
• Attempting to disrupt or degrade the Service.

Intellectual property

SotaDocs and its content are owned by SotaDocs.com and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or branding without permission.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Paddle and Google Analytics. Their terms and policies apply to your use of those services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tel Aviv, Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
