Refund eligibility

SotaDocs offers prorated refunds for monthly subscriptions based on the unused portion of the current billing cycle. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis when the service did not work as intended.

How refunds are processed

All refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor.
